I can't buy you diamond rings
I couldn't get the moon for you, I tried and tried, but it wouldn't budge. I couldn't get the sun for you, I burned my hands with every touch. I can't buy you diamond rings or necklaces of pure gold, I just offer you all my Love my gift is never sold I wished upon a star that night, when driving in my car. I wished for your kiss, your love, and to never be apart. now here's the message of this poem, and forever it will be true. it's not that i can't give you these things, but that i tried, just to show my love for you.
